    “Having a re-occurring lower back issue was frustrating and while my fab osteopath (SW19 osteo) could reset it, I was determined to try and tackle it for the long term. So many people had mentioned pilates and when I found Sandra was local in Tooting Broadway I gave it a go!

    Reformer pilates is a brain challenge as I slowly learn to engage my whole core properly but the difference in my back after only 8 weeks is striking. Each week, Sandra checks in on other factors in my body and adapts the stretches and exercises to challenge or accommodate them accordingly. I'd highly recommend her reformer sessions for anyone not sure whether to give it a try. Mat classes next!”
