What to Expect: We focus on alignment, control, and mindful movement, with individual attention even in a group setting. You’ll receive verbal cues even through the screen. You’ll build strength, improve posture, and move with more ease.

Group classes go deep into the original work of Joseph Pilates—a long-term investment in how you feel and move.

To enhance your workouts, you can use small weights and a fitness ring, which you’ll receive as a little gift upon signing up. We also use towels, walls and chairs to support the work while staying true to the method.

The Pilates Hub

You can attend any or all six weekly mat classes streamed live, giving you the rhythm of regular classes from home.

Alongside this, you’ll have access to a curated library of Pilates sessions — from short basic sequences to longer focused workouts. All designed to support real, lasting change in your body.

And even from afar, you are still part of the community. Members are invited to occasional Pilates Republic meet-ups, so you stay connected beyond the screen.
