Calm Pilates studio space in South West London

Why this is for you: You’re ready to take your Pilates practice a step further. Alongside your weekly class, your monthly private session gives you dedicated time to work on your individual goals, helping you progress faster, move better, and feel more connected to your body.

What to Expect: We focus on alignment, control, and mindful movement. You’ll build strength, improve posture, and move with more ease and all that in both sessions.

Then once a month, come through the garden gate into my little piece of heaven and enjoy almost an hour of expert-led movement on Pilates equipment. The studio is full of transformational tools like the Reformer, Cadillac, High Chair, and Wunda Chair—each working through springs and resistance to support your journey.

Group mat classes to build strength and community

Why this is for you: You’re ready to join a small group (max 12 people) where you truly feel seen. You want to do it right and feel safe, with clear guidance and attention to detail.

These multi-level classes suit both beginners and experienced movers — especially if you’re ready to tackle niggles, rebuild strength, and move with more confidence. You’re here for consistent, thoughtful work, not quick fixes.

What to expect: Step into a calm, modern space within Tooting Works and take a moment out of your day to move with focus and intention. We concentrate on alignment, control, and mindful movement, with individual attention even in a group setting. You’ll build strength, improve posture, and move with more ease.

Group classes go deep into the original work of Joseph Pilates—a true long-term investment in how you feel and move.

We use mats, fitness rings, towels, walls and chairs to support the work while staying true to the method.

Pilates group class for posture and core strength

Consistency is where real transformation happens

If you want real change in your body, you need rhythm.

Meeting each week allows your strength to build gradually, your posture to improve naturally, and your mobility to deepen over time. We’re not starting from scratch each session — we’re layering. Refining. Progressing.

That’s where the real transformation happens. Habits create results. And results create confidence.

And life does happen. Our memberships include built-in flexibility, so you’ll never miss out if life gets in the way. If you're away, you can join online, as classes are streamed on Zoom. If you can’t make it at all, you can reschedule within the same week or move your class to another week, which means you might find yourself coming twice.
