What to Expect: Come through the garden gate into my little piece of heaven and enjoy almost an hour of expert-led movement on Pilates equipment. The studio is full of transformational tools like the Reformer, Cadillac, High Chair, and Wunda Chair—each working through springs and resistance to support your journey.

In private sessions, we go beyond the Pilates to uncover the root causes of what may be holding you back — whether that’s your work setup, sleep habits, or daily routines. This isn’t just about moving once a week. Seeing you regularly allows your practice to build naturally over time—developing strength, improving posture and mobility, and creating results that last, rather than starting over each session.

Our memberships also include built-in flexibility, so you’ll never miss out if life gets in the way.

If you can’t come in, you can reschedule within the same week or another week, meaning you might even see us twice in one. Sessions can also be online or you can choose to receive a personalised 30-minute video, so your practice continues wherever you are.
