PILATES on wall & chair
Aafje will lead you through a wall and chair class today. Don’t be fooled, although these are simple moves, they get you going if done correctly. As always, listen to your body and only move in ways that feel good. You need a wall you can slide down on, some small weights (less than 2kg) or bottles of water or cans of food and a chair.
