PILATES with Weights - Basic into Intermediate
Sandra will lead you through a basic into intermediate mat session starting with the weight series itself. As always, listen to your body and only move in ways that feel good. You'll need a mat and weights between 0.5kg-2kg to follow this video. If you haven't got those, choose 2 tins from your store cupboard.
