PILATES weight series with some magic

Sandra will lead you through a warm up on the mat followed by the intermediate weight series. You’ll need 1-2kg weights or two food tins and a fitness circle (aka magic circle). If you haven't got one, just place your hands as if you're holding one, or use a bigger book or big pillow instead. As always, listen to your body and only move in ways that feel good.
