Basic to Intermediate PILATES standing and on the mat (with the magic circle)

Sandra will lead you through a mat session adding the magic circle, which can be replaced by holding your hands in the same position as the circle.

For some of the exercises you might even be able to hold a big book, such a coffee table book between your hands or a big pillow.

As always, listen to your body and only move in ways that feel good. You will need a mat to follow this class.
