Zoom Class 5/6/26 - Basic into Intermediate
Join Sandra for this Zoom mat class, where you’ll learn the Wall exercise and Weight series before moving on to a basic to intermediate mat class.
You’ll need: A mat and a pair of light weights (up to 2kg each)
If you don’t have weights, a couple of food tins will work just as well. As always, listen to your body and leave out anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
