PILATES with focus on arms/weights on chair and mat

Sandra will lead you through a basic to intermediate class with weights to start off with. As always, listen to your body and only move in ways that feel good. You'll need a chair, mat and weights (0.5-2kg max, can be tin of food) to follow this workout.
