PILATES with the Spine Corrector in mind

Sandra will lead you through this basic to intermediate mat session utilising pillows to lift the neck of the floor as well as lift the pelvis in certain exercises. The Spine Corrector is used at the studio, but in this session you need two thicker pillows to imitate the Spine Corrector and a mat. As always only do what feels right and enjoy!
