Zoom class 5/6/26 - Intermediate to Advanced
Join Sandra for this Zoom mat class, where you’ll learn the Wall exercise and Weight series before moving on to an intermediate to advanced mat class.
You’ll need: A Pilates mat and a pair of light weights (up to 2kg each) If you don’t have weights, a couple of food tins will work just as well.
As always, listen to your body and leave out anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
