Sandra will lead you through this strong magic circle workout focusing on working from your ‘corset’. This is especially good for the supple body type. Zipping up the corset in the front and letting your dinosaur spikes push out of your spine will help to strengthen your body. This is best done with an actual fitness circle, however imagining one between your hands and legs does work well too. Or use a pillow instead. As always, listen to your body and only move in ways that feel good.
