    Sandra teaches you all the exercises of the basic system.

    You need a mat and a towel for this class.

    As always only move in ways that feel good. Leave out what doesn’t.

    Climb the tree while doing PILATES

    Sandra will lead you through a basic class with the tree (a reformer exercise). As always, listen to your body and only move in ways that feel good. You'll need a mat to follow this workout.

    Magic Circle Sequence

    Sandra will lead you through this short, but sweet magic circle sequence. This is best done with an actual fitness circle, however imagining one between your hands and legs does work well too. As always, listen to your body and only move in ways that feel good.
