    Sandra is focusing on the lower body today.

    Your feet play a huge role in your wellbeing and your calf are said to be your second heart center. Give them a little love today and follow this short video.

    All you need is a chair, towel and fitness circle (if you have one). As usual only do what feels right and leave out what doesn’t.

    Today, Sandra will guide you through a selection of Pre-Pilates exercises — perfect if you’re new to Pilates or returning to movement.

    For this class, you’ll need a mat and a towel.

    As always, listen to your body: only do what feels right for you, and feel free to leave out anything that doesn’t.

    Sandra will lead you through a basic into intermediate mat session starting with a bit of cardio to warm you up. As always, listen to your body and only move in ways that feel good. You'll need a mat to follow this workout.

    PILATES to stretch & strengthen the hips

    Aafje guides you through a flowing session designed to open, stretch, and strengthen your hips, glutes and hamstrings. As always, listen to your body and only do what feels good for you today. You’ll need a mat and a pair of weights or grab a couple of tins from the cupboard if that’s easier.
