Some Pre-Pilates to warm you up
Today, Sandra will guide you through a selection of Pre-Pilates exercises — perfect if you’re new to Pilates or returning to movement.
These exercises may look simple and slow, but they work deeply within the body, helping you build strength, awareness, and control while preparing you for more advanced movements to come.
For this class, you’ll need a mat and a towel.
As always, listen to your body: only do what feels right for you, and feel free to leave out anything that doesn’t.
